I was just messing around changing some settings for my profile inculding the achievement showcase. When I saved the changes the icon for the 3 years achievement dissapeared. The achievement is still on my profile though. It just doesn't show it on achievement showcase thing under my profile...

I think that rule is more or less meant to make people think twice before lying about it. Since yes there is no real way to prove it. 

It looks like you were banned for rule 1.3. If you want a chance to be able to play again you should make an unban appeal.
