You cannot shoot from the back of an offroad as far as I know. If you do and you hit someone, the VDM script will engage on that person and they'll take a tumble. I guess it will count as VDM too but I'm not too sure.

I believe the winner would have to transfer the funds to you and then you sell the house for them to buy. The storage crates will be deleted too so they won't get those.

Also make sure you have Battleye enabled. Click on the "Battleye" tab in the launcher and make sure the box is checked. this might hep
