Why does a hardware upgrade take so long? Server 3 isn't available for over a week now? It doesn't take that long to upgrade hardware right, correct me if I'm wrong.

Where is server 3? I did read something about a hardware upgrade. But that doesn't take so long right? Server 1 & 2 are full and many people trying to get in. To have a third server now would be awesome.
