I checked all the helicopters and the tempest chassis vehicles.  There were no change to helicopters (mh9, orca and mohawk remain choppable), the tempest chops for 45k and I couldn't chop a Tempest device. These tests were performed at the red zone chop shop.

IMO there should be some sort of timer that counts down after you've died, lets say 10mins. If after that time you haven't been revived you bleed out and are unable to be revived. This timer should be visible to the medics for each person, so they can prioritise their workload. This prevents...

I've played lots of GTA5 on my PS4 with my XIM4/Mouse/Keyboard (it's a bit unfair using that online in freeaim lobbies) and I can't wait to play the entire game through on the PC in first person mode. That download though!

Probably some guy trolling you? It's quite easy to make an indentical marker to the ones the server creates and you'd have no idea it wasn't legit (unless you tried deleting it ;) )

If you perhaps had good enough english to explain your dilema and that you would text them (tell them it autotranslates your language to english via the phone), but then with server issues your messages may take forever to arrive. Not sure what else to suggest mate :(
