I'll comment as I'm from TI - as I understand it - and I'm certainly not Vladic Ka (thank god ;) ), you have to negotiate now and a text message won't cut it. The RP you get depends on what you put in I guess, some members from TI recently RP'd a viral outbreak and managed to get 10 bars...

Shame you can't lock the abort screen (like it gets locked when you're handcuffed) when you're waiting, people aren't going to use other methods to abort as they'll not get back into the server if it's at peak time.

I absolutely support the idea that long term players who have been here for several months are given an extra chance. I fear there are lots of good players who like me, hadn't RP'd at all before joining the server and learnt 'on the job' and while doing so accrued a ban. Now some time later...
