Same setup, different fps
Ofc there are some diffence I'm background apps. Nothing in task manager has been changed and I will post my settings tomorrow but they areally all on high and vsync is off. Lately my game has freeze when I fly over the ocean and sometimes when I'm near kavala drug dealer- Fat Chao

Same setup, different fps
My setup 16gb ram 250gb ssd 2tb had Msi gtx 970 i7 4790k My friend has the same setup but 8 ram we both ran the same settings but he had 60 fps and I had 20. We were at the same spot in game. Any suggestions how to fix this?- Fat Chao

No they are not allowed to knock you down or shot you in gz, thats a rule break. they may try tor un or defend them self with RP not bullets- Fat Chao
