Actually if you check your handbook levi you should see that Ifrits, striders and 50 cal offroads are illegal vehicles. it does look like from the request you were shot at by rebels i would imagine, but the garage is a greenzone so i'd report that. if you all died, and the ifrit was left there...

The admins won't compensate for drug money. Bit silly to park 3 meters away , see all the commotion and then decide you should sell it to the drug dealer within the next 10 minutes. Also , and i am not 100% on this, i do believe that the police rule is for the same officers, not the police force...

it's that way in the police force, you're still living the same life, you're just off duty, so you know everything you would as a cop, but without a lot of the jurisdiction.
