DP 12 didnt work for me an hour ago.

I usually pick up a mission whenever Im out farming/processing and its always nice extra change. However, the last 2 delivieries I tried havent been working. I can pickup missions but am unable to deliver them at the destination. The option to hand it in simply doesnt appear.
