People that jump server 3 to make money isnt a danger really, they are there cus theyr not good enough to make money on server 2 even, so good luck playing against server 1 rebels/cops that have adapted to a challenging environment :)

I had the same problem, rolling on 60fps then suddenly 1fps for 2-5sec, then back to normal, moved atma 3 to my ssd and havent had the problem since, and ofc u should put your operating system on the ssd, or you wouldnt get dat fast bootup time :)  but its not a must if u just want to run games...
