I never encountered locals saying no to me many times, Like i explained, not everyone wants the drugs, thats what should make dealing harder but the pay higher, I sell 1 drug per local to make more bank, and i manage to sell it within 1 hour.

Lockpicking doesnt work anymore, when you attempt to lockpick a car it takes the lockpick but does nothing, same with doors, it just takes it but nothing happens after that

I've noticed recently that sometimes theres a delay between some people, this can be a 1-3 second delay to a 10-45 second delay. It's not possible that its lag related since we tested it on radios and it worked great, only way to fix it is relogging
