Ditch the sapphire (sorry i hate them historical reasons, they always made crap cards that underwhelmed) But you can get the RX480 for the same price with 8GB onboard memory...

Probably your best bet is to do a full uninstall of Geforce, then reinstall. If Plays.tv has a built in mini editor, Might go have a look at it myself :)

in a simple manner, the faster the arm the more stable the overclock, the lower the latency the better the Ram. I personally don't see much point in manual overclocking nowadays, but if it something you are specifically interested in then it takes planning when purchasing your parts.
