It has been reintroduced for the police, I assume there is an issue with the script that allows the police to do it and not civs. Possibly when the server is lagging?

I highly doubt they will do anything. They have already stated that in the majority of situations there is no problem.... I am pretty sure that will be enough for them to ignore it and TBH if you're gaming @1080p then they're right. If you're gaming at a higher res... then why did you buy a 970...

I dislike names like that, Purely for the reason it destroys the RP... As far as the rules go I think it is allowed as long as it is not insulting in anyway towards any group. There is pretty much a zero tolerance police with any racist/homophobic/generally insulting remarks both in game chat...
