    Remove Faction Server 2 Channels

    Could even just replace it with one gen ops channel. I doubt if server 2 ever does go online there will be more than 10 cops for example.

    I think this is left over from when they added the fix to stop people pressing a certain key to get around the decamp script before. Its possible they just forgot to disable that part.
