As far as I have always known on this server it comes under the common sense rule, if in roleplay, your character is knocked out, of course he's not going to be able to talk. Just because the devs haven't put something in place to stop you doesn't mean it's OK to do it 🙂

I'd recommend you go back and play Medevil 2 and Rome. Rome : Total War is what got me into the series, that and the original Shogun

Hey Steve, the usual method is during your RP with the police, is to mention you have the document, and send it over through teamspeak to the relevant officer, of course if your RP requires that you need to send the document prior to commencing the work, then the same applies.
