I have now looked over your previous ban appeals, where you tried to pull a few stories. Combat logging is a ban without appeal, and lying doesn't make it any better. Denied.  

How did you go about resolving this? Did you just search for his name in TS? Did you ask him to come on TS in side? Or send a message to his phone in game?
