How hard is it to plug in a hard drive and ssd

After a long awaited time I should be getting my PC back again tomorrow morning 

Basically I fried my computer a long time ago no idea how and I have a no idea how to fix it and no one i have been to knows either so am just gonna buy a new one is there any good legit websites for decently priced computers I have a good graphics card and that’s all I could salvage any ideas...

I’ve been going to the gym now for around a year now one of the main things since I stopped gaming for a little while but currently am 16 60kg 12% body fat  83 % muscle  on bench I do around 60kg 12 reps 4/5 sets

Well it’s been fun just under 2 years but I have been gone a short while being busy going to the gym exams and socialising and guess I should say bye have some good memory’s and some bad ones but met some really good people and is why I stuck around for so long  Joining police 2 times first...
