I find criminals will often "hold you" for an hour while you're downed just to ensure you bleed out because to force respawn in RP is poor they hold you for ages to make sure you bled out to ensure you don't come after  them, which is so poor...

We have dogs in Police as dog handlers, they make for great RP. I do think standard citizens should get access to pets without any special abilties ofcourse. +1

I haven't heard of any Police camping the marina? The only time police are there for long periods is when conducting trainings or are delayed but not heard of anyone camping it, far as I'm concerned if you're a boat just pulling into the Marina, thats it you're just some bloke with a boat unless...

Defintely, the RP is better than Altis, ofcourse you still have the same old quicks but now its a 300 player server. Its definetly worth it

This would be great for cops as things like holsters are actually ties, being able to remove them would be great +1

That's why I think it should be an ingame camera that takes the picture from a static point 

It would just be an interactable object at city Hall that takes a photo of the person stood inside it and automatically sets it. I'm sure devs can explain if this is achievable.
