I think it would be really unique to see a unique picture generated separate from PNC of peoples ID card. I think this should be a photo booth at city hall that takes and updates the photo.  Negatives? none Positives? Gives people some personality behind their identities

In my experience most drug dealers on bikes escape because motorbikes can go where cars can't and police bikes are few and far between. An option for police to turn those specific dispatches off would be nice though. As I'm CID, those dispatches aren't a priority 

The issue comes when the mystery person continues to be a mystery person and police are too busy to help

I propose we try a pilot first before requiring dev action with this and see where it goes from there

Yes to all except the drone. The drone is extremely noisy among other issues. I'm not allowed to go into specifics but I can safely tell you it'd be awful for news coverage. Plus I think people like to see the helicopter 

I think this could work but it would best be done in roleplay and not require any dev work. If you wanna give out a loan you can, a solicitor can make up the contract, if the contract is breached assets are seized. This can all be accomplished in roleplay without any need for devs to start...

Currently in the Los Santos Court Discord we can set out character name in it so people know who we are. In the main RPUK Discord we can't. Can we please have this implemented so in faction channels for example we know who people are?

Drones aren't as good as you guys think. You're comparing them to the likes of NPAS, they are super loud, super slow and don't have a zoom. Therefore they are unsuitable for spontaneous deployments and pursuits. They aren't that great for surveillance either considering how high you have to fly...
