    A TCK member had a epic chase when he stole a hunter, unfortunately got kicked which gave the police an unfair advantage, and they refuse to continue it. Most likely salt for losing a hunter to begin with.

    I did some research, it is to do with Visual C++ You need to update windows, that will definitely fix your issue. Google your problem regarding not finding an update, as I am sure you are able to do it online.

    I suggest uninstalling TS and reinstalling it. It might have corrupted itself.

    My ping has been fine. It is the communication from the game server to your ISP I believe, or something along those lines.  I find if I get ping issues, I turn my internet router off for 30 seconds and back on and restart my PC.
