Your friend/gang member needs to say that he has friends in the area and you also MUST know exactly what is happening in the situation.  If you are in a different TS channel and not sure what is going on in the situation, I would refrain from shooting unless an obvious gunfight breaks out.

It's a roleplay server, you must roleplay everything.  The only exception is in the redzone, which is KOS

Work is absolutely boring today! It's the quietest day I've seen in a while.
