There's a drug processor in UNMC lands, you can process any drug there, never been robbed either.

You can steal anything they have in storage, from guns to salt you can store anything in there.

You have to upgrade the house level in the windows key menu. You start with a bit of storage already so you don't need to buy a new level straight away.

Just to add onto that, you need to go to your house to find out rent prices and you can only pay once there is less than 10 days rent on your property. You can't see it using the properties tab in the Y menu.

I usually find that it's the small little details that make it, you don't just revive someone, you get a first aid kit / supplies then help them. Usually faster = less rp, = lower quality. But too long can be cringy and awkward. Also they don't have to be something that no-one has seen before...
