Firstly I would like to mention that even if someone is wearing an Armed Response uniform it does not mean they are Armed Response. VON quality issue?
Could be a few issues, Could be due to high ping/packet loss. This can be checked by Right clicking your name > Going to Client Connection Info and looking at your ping and Packet Loss It could also be your Mic or TS weird capture mode, that I also sometimes have issues with.
