I'd like the point out that we cannot run out of restraints, it's effectively an in-game ability, not an item, just like bounty hunters. Like I said, on a personal level, i've had good experiences with you in the past I'll leave this to coolbreeze and the admins.

I'm pretty sure it was DankDebo to be honest, it definitely wasn't desync and he wasn't flinging around like that on my screen, we had to keep rubber bulleting him because the restraints were not going on, there was a bug/glitch so we had to unrestrain as shown in vid and re-restrain (again...

Yup he then killed me and carried on in the gun fight, I was the PCSO in the footage. We had a hell of a time getting restraints on him, its a shame because normally [PR] (Seb Rogain, Dankebo etc.) give good RP, but this was just clear abuse, he knew exactly what he was doing.
