    I wonder How Much effort it would it be to set up a CCTV Station, in a PD, with cameras all around the island at the major roads, towns, shops and legal activitys.  Then we could have our Dispatch centre reporting crimes....

    Finding out who killed you.

    If you didnt manage to shadowplay it, then hopefully you will know the rough time;  They should be able to look in the logs for you.  I recommend going onto the TS and into the staff request help.   Hopefully they can figure out and you can have a chat with the guys that shot ya?
