In the provided evidence you do not experience any connection problems as you do not have a red chain. The pilot just crashed in a hill. Unfortunately we're unable to compensate User Errors/Arma issues. Im sorry Denied - 05.03.2016

Can you provide extended evidence that shows the money is actually gone?

Your video shows the pilot crashing in a hill. Also I cannot see the red link.. It looks like pilots error, therefore we cannot compensate. Im sorry Denied
