Honestly it doesnt look like a server side issue, more like your internet going down. Also checking your stats page it turns out that you have a Tempest truck in your garage? Wait till the next restart and your truck should be back in the garage

The man clearly said "I dont want to see you here again or I will kill you". You didnt run and instead replies "This is a public area", showing no intetion of leaving. He then shot you. I dont see anything wrong with that. Denied - 1.03.2016
