Hello, I am Khal in this video, I am not associated with anything that is to do with Jakob. As far as I know Jakob was lagging and was explicitly saying in teamspeak that his fps is dropping loads (hence his erratic driving) - whether it is believable or not is up to you -

It is the maximum number of frames the CPU prepares in advance before being rendered by the GPU. The lower the value reduces the keyboard/mouse input lag but can hurt performance. The higher value results in smoother video within the game but worse input lag. Sorry for the mumbo jumbo of words.- bobby

No toleration for newbies?
Actually Gwyn, your ban was interesting, you was banned by Vladic on stream who was reluctant to ban you and would usually talk to them as a warning, however, you broke roleplay 3 times during the stream, he even asked for advice from 40 viewers. You had more than enough chances to fix your act.- bobby

PC problems
Power cuts, which in your case was your power supply breaking can cause routers to scramble. Do Windows key + R and type 'cmd' then paste or type ' netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log ' exactly- bobby
