+1 To be honest i liked it when people were able to use emotes while cuffed (even though some were scuffed) i think that you should still be able to use emotes while cuffed and change the way you walk to walk faster and that would basically make the first point of your suggestion already...

Is there even a need for this? For all i know people jumping of the pier with a vehicle is fail driving as far as i am aware so if people do it just report them or talk to them on TS. It still doesn't stop them from stopping their car on the pier and jumping off but jumping of with the car IMO...

Never knew that there was gangs inside gangs now i am gonna create the Johnson family inside Grove to create more gangs within the gang.  Logic thrown out the window clearly. As far as i am aware they are in Ballas F6 (correct me if i am wrong) so don't see the issue.

Greyhounds are ballas hangabouts or prospects so no Greyhounds weren't involved tecnacly speaking like i said 3 gangs were involved. And as far as i am aware Lost are not a gang.

It was Ballas , 229 , Grove , Lost but lost doesn't count so 3 gangs helped
