This has been brought up many times but it seems people don't want to believe it, the police have to match the state of the gangs So if all the gangs run around armed and have massive shootouts then the police need to be prepared to combat that If all the gangs went, you know what we're bored...

I mean I'd prefer to try and pull it more towards proper UK law RP and such with the gangs useing more mele than guns To that if you Wana add 12ft lb air rifles then go ahead for hunting, or get a shotgun licence if your a farmer but I don't think it's in any way a good idea to allow civs...

Had this on a server I helped with before and it was a pain in the arse to manage, if say the cap is 10 cops can appear at a bank robbery 15 turn up responding to the dispatch, now the 15 have to decide and discuss who leaves depending on rank and who is needed, slowing down the RP as the cops...

i believe the usual answer for this is its already implemented but they haven't activated it, i cant remember the reason for why not though

This is basically the CoC it's a nice idea but it would actually put more work on Devs as instead of 1 group looking into buisness you'd have 2 and the downside is if the Devs/management don't want X buisness adding for some reason or they have to not tell you to tell the owner of said buisness...
