Played the game for about an hour and just put in a refund request. The 30fps and the graphics that look like upscaled 720p just didn't do it for me. Might pick it up on sale once it has had some patches.

Just make sure not to carry anything valuable with you on patrol and you should be good, but yes, it is allowed.

Arma 3 is a horribly optimized for every setup. Lowering your object distance has a pretty significant impact on your framerate, but other than that you just need to tweak with your settings a bit and try to find what works best for you.

Depends on what keyboard you have, there are a lot of good cleaning guides out there. I always clean my g15 by disassembling it and putting it in the dishwasher, works like a charm!
