Voted No, this is a good place on the server where everybody knows what happens here and it does not cause problems. It is a good place for gangs to fight each-other without people trying to role-play getting caught in the cross fire.

You can buy the licence for 2 million at the Bounty hunter HQ, It seems like alot but with the amount of trolls that got it when it was much cheaper. They can send people to jail but only if hey find out their name through RP and cross reference it with the wanted list.

Just saying from experience, In the 7-8 Bank OPs I have taken part in. Only once were we the ones to open fire/call off negotiations. Please do not group all of the rebel gangs together as one...
