    You can only start scrapping when you are SPC i believe, even then you need permission from a higher up. But I haven't been around for a while so you might be seeing different things to what i did :P

    As said above, these are guidelines. If we feel asthough people have good Rp we can put the price down etc. I think i've only got one vehicle scrapped from the time I have been cop. Same goes with full ticket amounts. Its up to the cop what happens.

    SUV's eh maybe, maybe not. Would you be able to carry all of your equipment in there?  Zamaks i agree with 100%. It would suit the whole idea of a recovery truck appearing to help.

    If anything i feel asthough what you do does help us. I've read some of your player reports and from what i see your stopping these hackers before they do any real damage and this helps the server. In my mind what your doing is great and by all means carry on!
