that is true and who doesn't love a good chase with the sirens going :D, but to be responsible you should turn yourself in.

you will not be arrested if you go to the police station and say what you have done, but if you don't you may get pulled over and questioned about it.  it is best that you turn yourself in as it makes the officers job a bit easier and your ticket may be reduced.

Yes what john said but please note that some vehicles  can have custom sprays where you changs RBG and others are only preset colours 

yes i agree with Tampax, in my experience SLI doesn't end well with arma, i have the same CPU also mine is not overclocked and i have between 45-50 fps in cities like kavala and 60-70 on outskirts of towns, i believe my settings are on high and but i just optimized my game on GeForce...

you could use OBS but if you want a fix for the Shadow player uninstall GeForce experience and reinstall it this worked for me as it give me the latest version of shadow player, i have done this and it worked for me since my shadow player use to be broke, hope this helps.
