In that video, the officer was training the bounty hunter, in obeying the law and basic commands.

If he was a bounty hunter, and had the bounty suit, in a way he did break rp. He is not allowed to do criminal stuff when playing as a bounty hunter, since they work for the gouverment.

Bounty hunters should rp more, your friend died so Jelly took him since he was a threat if he got back up. Wont say any more on that, i think Jelly did the right thing.

Sorry to say, but admins wont compensate cocaine, since you cant know if you were alvailable to sell it or not. But the hemmt would get compensated if lost.
