Yep, it can take a while and like Wilco said your "story" is very un believable. Unban Reports can take anywhere from 4 days to 2 weeks+.

Yeah normally they don't, but as they have stated recently they will compensate if its due to server related issues, which this is. Also it can not be inside the Hemmit as it wipes it automaticly when it goes into the garage :-)
