I don’t like it honestly, it would have far too big an impact on new players for it to be fair. I understand the use of locals can be difficult for Police, but you already have some of the fastest cars, multiple helicopters, boats, dogs etc… I don’t think it’s a good change for the server...

Honestly, it would be fine for regular players, but it’d make things a lot more difficult for new players. Especially considering how expensive advanced lockpicks are, paired with how difficult starting can already be. Think of being a new player, you load in get your tornado and it breaks...
