I fear this would make hunting even more dead than it already is, as well as the park ranger activity being low. While I understand where you come from and I'd love to see the change because ATM body armor is like a shield basically, I don't think it's a viable change meta wise.

This all just sounds like great different hostile gang RP instead of the same stuff over and over again. I think with the state of gangs we need stuff like this to make sure it stays fresh. I don't see your brought up point as a negative tbh.

Factions =/= gangs. Police are not on an f6 (unless undercover ofc), neither are NHS and Fire. The Lost and Firm are already excepted (they can have 2nd characters in a whitelisted gang without issue).

At the end of the day in my eyes it's simple. You shouldn't even have known about everything but you metagamed the situation to know 2 of your people got grabbed. You then broke NLR by coming back after you got killed and handsing people at AE.
