When you get kicked, if you were banned you will receive a message stating as to why you were banned alongside the kick message. Otherwise you may have mods loaded whilst attempting to join the server, or you could have an issue with arma itself.

@Scout gaming159ts3.altislife.co.uk try and connect to this IP, its the one I use myself and it works fine, never had an issue with it.
