VPN's being disallowed was brought in due to trolls using them to get around bans so that they could continue trolling. If you need an exemption as Mike has stated open a ticket and it will be unlikely they will not give you the exemption

I like the idea but such a thing would increase robberies, there's a lot of legal players on the server and I think arming lesser criminals further may hinder the people who want to play legal character roles.

I don't think they are, well tbh I'm certain they aren't. I find most criminals are doing shop robberies as if they are banks just to create some interesting RP. I try to give them my bestwhen this occurs but some of the RP I've seen in shop robberies, honestly I think the criminals should be...

I find criminals will often "hold you" for an hour while you're downed just to ensure you bleed out because to force respawn in RP is poor they hold you for ages to make sure you bled out to ensure you don't come after  them, which is so poor...

We have dogs in Police as dog handlers, they make for great RP. I do think standard citizens should get access to pets without any special abilties ofcourse. +1

I haven't heard of any Police camping the marina? The only time police are there for long periods is when conducting trainings or are delayed but not heard of anyone camping it, far as I'm concerned if you're a boat just pulling into the Marina, thats it you're just some bloke with a boat unless...
