I've provided my POV so a fair assessment can be made by staff. Unless there are questions about my thoughts at the time, my opinions, my decisions as OFC or otherwise. I will not be saying anything further. I provided my bodyworn as evidence so that a fair decision can be made.

As I was part of this situation I will provide my point of view for the benefit of staff which provides an alternate point of view.
