Don't bother talking to them in game if that is the case. Even if you don't have a video, write down their names and join a help channel is TS. Tell the staff what happened and say you would like the officers to be spoken to.  You don't have to file a report if you don't want. And the problem...

I mean, if an officer tried to tell me I wasn't on the registry for the Island or whatever, I would come up with RP as to why. "I'm a new immigrant, I guess you didn't build the wall high enough" "My true identity is classified and I'm afraid I cannot reveal it to someone of your stature"...
