I belive it cost 1,5M for an IFrit, keep in mind though the Ifrit is scrap on sight (unless you give the police a good RP story) & the rebels like stealing it to scrap it themselfs. You can buy the ifrit at Rebel outpost (1&2) or in the UNMC lands. You'll need rebel license for this tho...
