Seen that this has been buried under a load of other suggestions, but I really like this - it's never made sense to me why someone can't pull the screwdriver out of their pockets and go mental with it. Same goes for scissors.

Idk, I disagree with this one - I think bins would still be favourable due to the social aspect of it - something which every other job lacks. At a push you could turn impounding into a 2 person job, with someone driving and the other attaching the vehicles - but that's a whole different...
