Probably the post processing settings, you can change contrast, brightness and that to make it look better. 

As said above TFR is not needed nor do you need to be in teamspeak, however sometimes it is useful being there. To talk in-game make sure you are in the right communication channel and use Caps Lock to talk. I am assuming that you are trying to talk using TFR which is not what you do. 

Hit ScrollLock on your keyboard, it will enable and disable it
