If people see me go into a redzone and they once I leave are they allowed to shoot. Happened to me whereas a helicopter was flying over and they didn't say anything, they then shot once I started leaving. Is this allowed?

If you you into controls and set the controls profile to a default control one it will reset. The keybind will then be Shift + H

Yes you can shoot out of the back of an Offroad. As of the new update you can now click "Turn out" and shoot at the direction that you are driving. 

i5 4690k GTX 970 8GB HyperX 30-40 in Kavala and more or less 50-60 outside. 

I have more or less the same build actually. I put in a 1TB and had to go with a 4690k however everything else is the same. Absolute tank runs Arma with absolutely no problem and any other game I tried it runs perfect. 

Nice choice, opted for a i5 4690k instead and got a GTX 970, getting 30-40 fps in Kavala ever since.
