Actually if you check your handbook levi you should see that Ifrits, striders and 50 cal offroads are illegal vehicles. it does look like from the request you were shot at by rebels i would imagine, but the garage is a greenzone so i'd report that. if you all died, and the ifrit was left there...

There's no way to fix it without getting rid of the vdm script, hoppinng in a car will fix it, so if someone tells you you need to jump in the drivers seat, you know why. i also like to suckerpunch people which fixes them too. Don't worry about it too much.
