I had the same issue. I really can not remember i how fixed it in the end. But i think a work around it to load up Arma, then disable and enable the sound and I found it worked for me. If you have any questions contact me on teamspeak :D

To answer these questions Dain: A) In the middle of nowhere, On top of BBC Altis, i got 50 - 60 FPS looking around on a full server. b) In the middle of Kavala I got around 30 FPS give or take where I was. C) On average on the Altis Life servers I wouldn't be able to tell you but I can...
