I like the suggestion, it would improve things inside the cells. The RP that is carried out inside the cells is always down to the individuals themselves. I rather have a good chat with someone than slap the max sentence on them.

On the same level the cop should have a skill how effective they are, since restraining people is a training irl

It's the same with many things in the city. Valuable things are often quickly bought by those who have already much money. It's the same as IRL and hard to counter.  I love the idea of corrosive locks.  @Katelyn Westpolice needs be out of the loop since it's a back alley shady deal anyway...
