+1 It's a great idea, however there shouldn't be a chance of falling over when running, only if the ability to jump while cuffed is added since you need your arms for balance to jump. While you do need your arms for balance to run, having them behind your back doesn't really affect this...

@George Harris they spawn on pretty much every chair besides the 2 bean bags in the first office (the one to the right as soon as you enter the building) they also do not spawn on the couch chairs I believe in the last office (the one with the computer you can access for the shop)

Yeah we did end up paying for the 150k to get the yacht back as we had a customer who wanted to buy it, unfortunately I wasn't thinking about clipping it as we were too engaged in the roleplay in selling that yacht.
