other officers in the station you can also hear if you listen my mic capturing the bwv I was sorting out which was playing through my speakers as Ive set it up so that my windows media player audio isn't recorded by my obs

I am head of the department thar deals with roleplay complaints in the lsps and you don't appear to have made a formal in rp complaint as such it cannot be dealt with.

Install NVE first then Quant V so you ge tth elighting and textures form NBE but the ENB and shaders from Quatnt V 1080

I use a combination of NVE and Quant V seems to work well

For recording I use OBS for the video and voice meter so that I can separate the game and VOIP audio. for different angles and first person the only things I could think to do that could be to play in first person or use Rockstar editor however I've heard its not great to work with. For editing...
